Gathering up a few topics for the P2 Live Forum tomorrow, so we have some structure/content with the open discussion.
Here's what I have so far:

Is there plans to replace that video with a remastered version with
normal resolution? It is about ~1/5th normal size.

Not this time. I've got Chip to use Zoom in a way that focuses on the relevant section he wants to display. In this video we switched him over after 5-10 minutes of trying to share the 4K vertical monitors. Sorry about that, Bill.
Live attendees can always use Zoom to zoom-in on sections of the display they'd like to see when this happens. But we're changing process to avoid such a video result.
The YouTube recording is entirely in portrait. Certainly, Chip zooming in helped but it still filled just a portion of the recording because of the portraiting. And, of course, the portriated recording also then only fills a small portion of a landscaped display when watching it.
I have watched the presentation online in zoom and had no problems although my monitor has a very low resolution (1280*800) and my internet connection has very little bandwidth (8Mb/s). However I had the same problems watching past videos on youtube. It's defintively completely useless if recorded in portait format.
If there is no way to override the automatic settings of zoom or youtube it would be probably the best way if Chip just connected a smaller monitor while broadcasting.

4pm Eastern is 1 pm Pacific, which is 6 am AEST. Are you sure you don't want it at 2 pm Pacific, 7 am AEST?
We are now in daylight savings time over here in Oz (started on the weekend). I think that makes us 6 hours behind Pacific time in CA right now (or 18 hours ahead technically).
I'm feeling also fooled, because I tend to think in terms of Brisbane's local time (Peter Jakacki's). Just now, I realize you guys are in another state.
Normally the eastern states of Queensland, NSW, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Tasmania are on the same time. South Australia and Northern Territory are 30 minutes behind, and Western Australia is 2 hours behind the east. But there is actually another time zone in eastern Western Australia although the population is so small it’s not considered.
However, when we go to summer time AESST, in the east Queensland doesn’t participate, in the central/east Northern Territory doesn’t participate, and in the west Western Australia (only state in the west) doesn’t participate.
We used to have bigger problems as the eastern states went to DST on different dates!!! Finally common sense prevailed and they agreed to the same dates.

Yes we have time zones, but except for some small areas (like a Native American Reservation in Arizona), everywhere changes time with DST. Australia only has a couple states(or is it province or something else) change times with DST, that is the part that makes it hard to know the offset from here depending on the time of year and where in Australia.
I'd prefer we didn't do time changes at all. I'm an evening/night person, and changing time in the fall robs me of daylight and gives it to morning people that don't need it. :P

DST operates in summer and gives us more daylight in the evening so we can have BBQs but less daylight in the mornings.
We just turned our clocks forward 1 hour for summer. So now the sun sets an hour later by the clock.
When DST started years ago, we had to delay our start time for sailing as the afternoon sea breeze became later by the clock.
But there are the ???? that claim their curtains fade because there is more sunlight - can you believe this?
