Talk about a tough decision...Keep in mind you're all winners in Parallax's book!
I hope I got this right....(correct me if I blow it)
I'm gonna step out on a limb here. So many good suggestions, so few prizes to give.
There are two First Place Winners:
Duane Degn (first suggested by erco)
and
davejames (first suggested by erco)
Now since (insert new rule here) you can't win more than once, erco gets to give his other prize to Microcontrolled because he was the second (non-parallaxian) to mention davejames.
There are two Second Place Winners:
Kuroneko (first suggested by idbruce)
and
Duane C. Johnson (first suggested by Prophead
There is one Special Prize:
Publison simply because we all appreciate the Happy Birthday Wishes!
Oh yeah, one more thing...
Every winner needs to email me with your shipping address. Those of you who won also need to tell the person you nominated that they need to get me their address too.

Thank you Matt, but I MUST pass this time...SERIOUSLY! You recently sent me a very nice package with some goodies. That and all of Parallax's many other generous offerings at Expo have my guilt meter absolutely pegged. It was much fun to nominate worthy people, that's all the thanks I need. Please roll down the winners list and send my Eddie robot and Quadrover to the next winner.
Besides, surely I disqualified myself by nominating a dozen people over as many comments. That type of blatant disregard and rule-breaking behavior should be neither tolerated nor rewarded! I promise to play by the rules next time.

Okay here goes....
As it pertains to my patent, my wire bending CNC machine, and my packaging machine, there were many people who actually helped me along the way with various aspects of the bending and packaging machines. Some of which who were most helpful:
kuroneko
Mike Green
Jonny Mac
Phil Pilgrim
Please forgive me if I forgot to mention you, but these folks were the most important. Out all aspects of the machinery that I needed the most help with was the serial communication between three Propeller chips, with a predetermined and specified type of format. It was not an easy task, but there was only one person that stuck with me all the way through in completing my task and vision, and his name is kuroneko. As it stands now, my patent is now currently going through a second phase of market testing by a very major corporation, and none of this would have been possible without the machine that I built and without the serial commucation that kuroneko helped me with, which helped to create the samples that I presented to this corporation. Why is kuroneko's help so important? Because I have so many other commercial projects that I want to create with Propeller chips, but I cannot do this without money. By the first of the upcoming new year, I should have a final decision by this corporation, and if it is favorable, then this will have a definite impact on the products that I may be able to purchase from Parallax in the future, which I imagine might be quite substantial. If there is a significant increase in purchases from me in the near future, Parallax will definitely want to say thank you to kuroneko, as I surely do.
Congratulations, winners!! Well, we're all winners!!
Erco, not only are you a class act, but your generosity has caused Matt to scurry and do a bit more on a Friday afternoon in order to find your designated winner!!!
Accepting the Duane Degn Unsung Hero award will be..........?????
Awesome! Congratulations to all the winners. You guys should make this a recurring contest of some sort. Provide recognition to the most helpful forum member(s) of the week (or month or whatever).

OK, I will accept an item from door number 1, but I would like to send the item from door #2 to the person that has a need for any of the items to go to a school type environment, (not personal learning.)
Congrats to all involved!
erco
Thanks for nominating me. I will send the QuadRover to you and keep the Eddie for myself. That's not to selfish?
Great job and congrats to all the winners. Sure nice of erco to pass on his. I am a happy reciepient of another S2 Badge. That is awesome becuase my grandkids fight over the one I received in the Grab Bag last month!!!!!!
Erco, you ought to go tell that ward boss your daughter is campaigning for the kind of luck you're having...you could end up with one of those cushy political jobs to give away to somebody!! ;0)
I only need a Quad Rover if it can pull and power a 54" mower deck!! :0)
OK, I will accept an item from door number 1, but I would like to send the item from door #2 to the person that has a need for any of the items to go to a school type environment, (not personal learning.)
Maybe Scope?
Any chance my "participatory S2 badge" could go into the same package?
I'm trying to think of the members that have educational projects going....mine in stasis, so coins me OUT for now.
JohnR with his 4-H and school stuff up in Wisconsin.
Duane Degn has some scouting involvement if I remember correctly.
NikosG is/was working with kids.
I had a couple people contact me (I'm honored, guys) if I had an good idea of where winning materials could be directed.
I rent my house from a mennonite family with a 12 year old boy. His name is Jerry. He's probably the most polite 12 year old I've ever met. He's matured very quickly in his young years due to a serious heart condition which he has had to deal with for the last few years in surgeries and the like. Anyway, last month, I stop in to pay my rent and find him playing with a few pieces of one of those snap together electronics kits and tells me that he's trying to convince mom to help him get a replacement transistor piece as he's fried it. Mom thinks all this electronics stuff is just foolishness so she hasn't been convinced. I explain to him that the transistor itself is a penny part and that the replacement snap together piece (glued together) really probably isn't worth it and then explain what breadboarding is. So this month, as I continue to clean out the basement ship and organize Propellerpowered, I've been setting aside pieces materials for him.
If you guys want to contribute stuff this direction, I'd like to re-route it to him. There's some catches.. The family doesn't believe in having an Internet connection, so supporting materials have to be .pdf or in printed form. (They do have a computer) The materials should probably be BASIC stamp compatible as it's a good starting point.
Again, I'm honored that you guys think so highly of me, and I'm pleased to have a good answer for this. You can PM me for an address if needed. Thanks guys.

Hey, publison was also one of the first three I nominated, so can I win a special prize to pawn off on someone else?
Rick (mindrobots) needs that Quadrover!
And if he can't use the Quadrover I suppose I could make room in my robot collection for one.....
Robert
FYI, RobotWorkshop needs a quadrover. He'd probably have it talking and playing basketball by the next Expo.
I only need a Quad Rover if it can pull and power a 54" mower deck!! :0)

Matt: If you do decide to send a bunch of stuff to some educational institution please include the one you would have sent to me as well.
