Looks like us antipodeans will be up after midnight Thursday into the wee hours of Friday morning to catch any streaming.
    Could I be bothered?
    You betcha!
  • Great news for sure!

I must check if we have enough coffee powder and filters stocked at home. Who needs to sleep, do it within the next 32 hours.

Ladies and gentlemen, be sure to properly set your alarm-clocks, worldwide!

Got to be his shortest post ever ;)
  • I hope to see the P2 in the Parallax Store within the next year on a breakout board! Glad progress is moving along
  • I can't hold it in any longer! Had to post something just to be part of it all! Seeing everyone so excited makes feel like a little kid!
  • I hope you don’t let the smoke out of it!

Chip, Ken, and the rest of the Parallax team, I wish you all well in the upcoming weeks!

EDIT: Chip, you beat me, my machine is far from being done at this point, due to my mother's health
  • LMAO!

    Good times everyone!

We are close to breaking the all-time record. A big jump from last 12 years. People are excited about the USA again! We are getting Bigger and Richer and Stronger. WAY MORE TO GO! Didn't I do a good job by driving Chip forward restlessly?

I thought politics were supposed to be off limits.

It's only about the propeller, truely! Yes, but like you I believe, politics are off limits. And I even produced a propeller walnut for Chip to support him in the dark times. As my english is not native, I fear to be misunderstood. But even in German language I often argue: If you understood what I said, I expressed myself the wrong way! If Chip would have been understood, would we still wait for this chip?

I thought it was a "Make the Propeller Great Again" speech. Of course, that's impossible since the Propeller has always been great!

we have a motto: from ordinary and some extra we create the extraodinary. So it means: simplicity. I just take what I find and add something to make it special. Like: take the noise in the current of a brushless motor and use it to determine rotor position without a sensor. Works mostly. Or: make a multi core processor and add a little tachyon. ... That was the idea of the forum.

    Great news Chip!

I've been lurching for years to get my hands on a P2. Good luck with it next week. You must be BEYOND psyched!!!!

It's like waiting for a baby to be born and we're all hoping it comes out healthy. So, it's nerve-wracking and I'm anxious. Also, if it does work okay, it will impart a feeling of its personality right away, which will hopefully be good. I hope it is stable, consistent, and forgiving, which would make it a joy to work with.

Ken and I spend a lot of time with our mom these days. I happen to be at her house now. I'll be going 20 minutes to Parallax tomorrow morning.

You can see in the auto-routed upper metal some unintended chinese artwork of two guys riding an alligator around.
  • Oooo, pretty!

  • Chip,
Those images look fantastic! It's hard to contain my excitement!
