Plus, getting the P2 placed perfectly and all the 0402 done by machine is a big help.
Reworking P2 is no fun and none of these needed it.
I can attest that placing the P2 by hand was not a lot of fun from personal experience. Reworking wouldn't be too great either, especially with the exposed pad once soldered. Gets real bad if excess solder has seeped down between and behind the 0.5mm pitch pins and you have to wick it out with an iron. Plenty of flux and actually I found gravity helps too if you rotate the PCB vertically. Hot air is another option.
