Nice one Steve! You and Phil are in the top two in my book, (with me coming a close third) :)

Now that should be P(cubed)E. Dang can't find superscript.

I didn't notice KaosKidd's PPPE because it was buried in a larger post. Still, I believe "P3E" Parallax Professional Prototype Enclosure has a different meaning and context - ala C3. But I don't really care about winning a contest here ... popularity or otherwise :)

I'm rather fond of "PLCE" Parallax Lazer Cut Enclosures, but that has a different meaning to many control industry types. Parallax has a tendency to do things "different" though so they probably wouldn't care what it means to anyone.

LOL, I was just reading back through all the posts, and I noticed yours that I missed. I would have to say, that if you split the standoffs in half, you could fit another board in the enclosure. A true multi Board enclosure.

I thought about this one, but it sound like you can enclose more than one board inside. That's why I did not proposed it, and that's why your should not win the price, but me! ;)

Hi all you Parallax Multi Board Enclosure Enthusiasts -

The New and Improved Red, Black, and Clear enclosures are in our Kitting Department as we type. This means that as of tomorrow morning, our existing stock of these Enclosures will now fit not only the Prop Proto Board, but also both versions of the BOE (serial and usb), as well as the Super Carrier Board.

It may take our cracker-jack Marketing Department a little bit to catch up to our (obviously) faster Kitting Department.

Bottom line: As of tomorrow the Red, Black, and Clear Enclosures will be available, and on Friday we should have the new version of Blue in stock too.

Some time ago I posted that I would be doing a video showing a test procedure we created with a custom version of one of these enclosures. That video, which covers Parallax QA and Test Procedures for several products can be found here:

    Matt,

It appears the Red enclosures have been discontinued, Is this true?
I can't find them in the Parallax Store (I looked on 12/04/2011).
I placed an order for 2 of them on Cyber-Monday 2011.
The store told me they were on back-order, when I placed the order.
I have received all the other items I ordered on Cyber-Monday, but not the Red Enclosures.

Parallax, thanks for the quick delivery on all the other items in the order.
