  Get some ribbon cable, the plastic connector of the right size, and some headers of the right sizes.

  Do a search for 0.1" break away headers. That should give you all kinds of stuff to look at.

  You will need to choose the correct number of pins.
  
  I've ordered the headers, the connectors, and the ribbon cable from digikey before.
