I'm learning.
I'm not so good at this, and would like to know if I've got it.
=>is the jumper for debugging OK?, or maybe it should be on the OSC1 line?, or both?

Can the RTCC be tide to (Vdd or Vss)?.
I usually tie the RTCC pin low. You can see this on the schematic for my SX48 carrier PCB:
