This looks fine. The jump should be OK, but it is better to have a socket for the resonator so you can pull it for debugging. Test it and see -- if it's a crystal resonator you won't damage it (or your Key) if debugging doesn't work. TTL clocks would damage both the clock and the Key.

Can the RTCC be tide to (Vdd or Vss)?.
I usually tie the RTCC pin low. You can see this on the schematic for my SX48 carrier PCB:
