  On Roosevelt just east of I355 there is a hotel with an office building that has space for "rent". I know of it because the midwest VCF (vintage computer fest) has it's yearly get together there. As memory serves as of last fall the rate for the basement (multiple rooms) for the weekend was under $1,000. There's plenty of parking and it shares the parking lot with a Hotel. I'm looking for the name and will follow up when I find it.
  
  As fair warning the building the VCF is held is an office building and that building has an office for Atmel!! In fact to get to the elevator to get to the basement you have to pass by the door for the Atmel office. :-)

  Found it. It's the Huron Point Building in Lombard Il (not far from the arboretum) and the Hotel that share the lot is the Fairfield Inn and Suites.
