Interfacing a pressure sensor with BBS2sx -OEM

I have a low pressure sensor Manufactured by MSI sensors GA100-015WD.I read the specs which are attached and I really don't have
a clue how to do this.I would greatly appriciate any help.
I would like to read the pressure in H2Ocm to a LCD display at different about 1-2 dec intrevals . I have already connected to the BS2sx the display
which is a - 4x20 Parallax serial LCD.

    I've used these in the past.

    It outputs a voltage from 0.50V to 4.50V that is proportional to the pressure applied.

    So you will need an A to D converter to read the voltage and convert to a digital value. Then the Stamp can read the digital value, do some data manipulation, and output to your LCD.
