_RET_ Condition Code (EEEE) On PASM Instruction Spread Sheet is 0000 But it appears to be 1101

Must have a problem with below code because debug output gives RET EEEE = 1101 not 0000
according to "Propeller 2 Rev B/C PASM Instructions are contained in a Google Spreadsheet"
Can someone look at this?

Found mistake sorry, first group of zeroes dropped and just are not printed out. wooops
