Erco, Office Space and Idiocracy or classic.
I've never heard Activity Value Analysis unless that was an old name for what's now called Value Stream Analysis.
I am also owned by some cat. He came to me while small and young but grew up quite fast. Major hunter. Got a bat while under a year. Killed a grown up bluebird a year later.
Named him Bob as he was young. Now everybody calls him Bobcat. Fits somehow. This cat just recently really stopped growing. Well he competes with two Irish Wulfhounds, so he has to.
But Bobcat is not fat, just huge. All muscles. His father, Wrong Way, was big also. Killed a raccoon when young and died trying the same when old.
I am under his supervision since 3 years now. Our dogs came later and he owns them also. The first year he tracked down 5 rattle snakes, alarmed me and I took care of them. Since then we do not have any rattlers anymore around the house. No food for them. Even the squirrels avoid the area around the house. Farther down the hill you see them, but not here anymore.
In opposite to dogs, cats are quite busy worker. Bobcat brings every day something in exchange for his food. Alas sometimes just half of it. But he still offers to share.
Romeo definitely looks like a keeper, and he looks so relaxed in the pictures you posted. In fact he looks so relaxed you may want to reconsider the name. Based on those pictures Catatonic might be a better choice ;-)

Thank you.
He's still on charging duty, I think he likes the ePVC surface or something.

Just make sure he's fixed or you'll have to call him Lothario, and you'll have a bunch of giant kittens on your bench, too.
He is learning.
