JonnyMac's DC22 IronMac Shield Files

I was blown away by the response to my DC22 IronMac shield -- I sold all of my spares (bare boards with printed docs) in about an hour after announcing I had them. As an aid to help those that want to build their own IronMac -- or any other shield -- I'm releasing the IronMac design files. I hope these are helpful, and I look forward to seeing many cool DC22 badge shields developed in the coming months.

Edit: Files updated with new WS2812 driver (allows user to specify bit timing).

Whoops... left part numbers for female sockets (for badge) out of docs -- that file has been corrected.

I must be the most fortunate person on these forums because I'm just about to load up a JonnyMac IronMac shield! Thanks Jon for making me one of the few privileged people to have one of these.

Any chance of more IronMacs becoming available? I now have a DEFCON badge to plug it into! :-)

Files are at the top -- have fun.

If you're asking me to build them. Uh... no. :)

You can order boards through a low-cost service like OSH Park. Soldering by hand would be a little work, but with a good set of tweezers and a steady hand it can be done. A person that board a bare board from me at DEFCON (when I had spares) sent me a note via Twitter that he successfully assembled the board.
