Reset issues on DE0-Nano/DE2-115

Hi P1 FPGA hackers! I have successfully loaded my little Nano FPGA with the P1 core. Works great! Loading my propeller program works only once from the Prop Tool. The reset problem is related to outa and dira not being properly reset in the cog.v file. I started a new thread with the fix. Thanks, pik33, for finding the problem.
