Shadow length Implimentation

I wanted to implement above code for to avois shadowing.i have included c file.Intially without above algorithm i used to calculate tracker desire=90- conv_elevation;this actually tilt angle of panel when kept alone for tracking
Here i wanted to calculate shadow length and need to determine tracker position,

D=min array spacing 4 meter
D'= max shadow length; to be calculated
h= height of ob traction=1.2 meter


Can some tell me how implement above algorithm. how to related D' and h,x.

Dear all,
I have implemented based on nrel Code. Where i get , zenith ,azimuth , elevation angle . The code being worked fine for single tracker unit. Now i have array of panel. Can some suggest me how to implement what will be angle based on shadow length.
