My stocking came today. I got a kick starts book, a stocking, a Ping))), a Sharp IR sensor, a hall effect sensor, a Prop ornament, sound impact sensor, 4x4 keypad, and an S2 badge.
The Prop ornament is now hanging on the tree, and the stocking is by the mantel. The 4x4 keypad, Ping))) and IR sensor are going to come in handy for a future project. I'm not sure what I shall do with the other bits, but I shall aspire to think of something.
Guess the mail is slower this time of year. Got my stocking today. Contained loads of good things, plus (thanks to jlocke, I now know what was in the included grab bag) (thanks Jlocke), Other than that, got me 4x4 keyboard (yay, wanted one of those), gas sensor, ping sensor, sound impact sensor, and a 4-way tilt sensor.
Quite the haul, and looks like it's going to be loads of fun playing with these things.
Thank you Parallax again for having the stockings. Now there's a couple more items I can remove from my wishlist.
Oh, and the wife said it had to go under the tree, but I said No Way, and proceeded to open it up anyway. Maybe next time I'll put it under the tree (hmm, nah).
Finally received mine yesterday.. it was shipped 11 December so it took a while! A different order shipped at the 14th has arrived long ago. Maybe it's because the mystery stocking came in a larger box.
Anyway, the content seems to be almost exactly as in Ttailspin's photo, except that instead of the VGA plug there's a big nice AC switch (Altair front-panel style switch - I like that).

Let's face it - something from Parallax has to be under the tree....
Thanks Brother Whit, you just gave me ANOTHER fiendish idea for Hack the Halls. Merry Christmas, pal!

@Whit: I credit your last statement with giving me the idea for my Scribbler train at http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?144156-CONTEST-Hack-The-Halls!&p=1152269&viewfull=1#post1152269
