How tall are you?

I'm taking a statistics class, and need some numbers. Asking for height seems to be harmless - i could be wrong.

So, if you don't mind saying, how tall are you in inches or centimeters ?
I'm 72" (inches) for example.

Thanks.

    Well, as long as you're not asking how much we weigh ... :) I'm 75.5" tall.

    74" here. And apparently a message has to be at least ten characters long.

    It's a survey of convenience.

    Thanks for all the responses so far. Need more data please.

    I wonder if height is one of the more reliable (less likely to be lied about) statistics you can ask a group of people and get reliable results?

    Eye color?
    Hair Color?
    Weight? (haha!)
    Age? (could be gender dependent)

    67.7 inches tall in your units of measurement (I had to measure myself upside down as I am in Australia).

    Hmm, all the shrinking mentioned makes me think to recheck my height.

    Great table @SRLM. Now I can fathom what a league is. :)

    There is a great unix/linux program called units. You can convert just about any type of relevant measure with it.
    $ units
    2411 units, 71 prefixes, 33 nonlinear units

    You have: hands
    You want: leagues
        * 2.1043771e-05
        / 47520
    You have: miles
    You want: leagues
        * 0.33333333
        / 3
    You have: miles
    You want: fathoms
        * 880
        / 0.0011363636
    You have: angstrom
    You want: inches
        * 3.9370079e-09
        / 2.54e+08

    Coincidently David Betz has been working on an expression evaluator calculator demo for Propeller using GCC. I'm hoping he can make the program a full scientific calculator having sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, ln, and exp functions in Compressed Memory Model (CMM) mode.

    Using Frank's stated height and the conversion unit Inches*3.9370079e-09/Angsrom we get about 71".
    expr> 1.803e+10*3.9370079e-09
     --> 70.9843
    expr>

    Converting from inches to Angstroms:
    expr> 71*2.54e+08
     --> 1.8034e+10
    expr>

    Rather boring data so far except a few outliers.

    I hope folks from the Pacific, Asia, Middle-East, and Europe can contribute too.

    Thanks,
