More SX chips than Ken could hope to sell? :)

I'm going to guess something like a BS1, Basic Stamp activity kit, PIR sensor, Javelin Stamp, Servo, QTI... there are so many possibilities. I know what I'd like to see in it but I am not expecting it...

I am almost certain that there will be no QuadRovers or Eddies. Maybe, just maybe an S2 or perhaps a Penguin in need of a minor repair.

Another question is - will they all be the same? I don't think so but could be...

I would be EXTREMELY upset if Matt conned the shipping department into putting the Motor Mount and Wheel Kit with Position Controller in my mystery bag. And further, I would consider pursuing legal action if they included the caster and a pair of HB-25s!

Whatever you do, don't throw me in that motor patch, Br'er Matt!!

What's funny is that nobody's told me what's going in the "Mystery Bags" either...I'm waiting to hear from you-all.

If you look at the larger photo of the mystery bag you can see a hint as to what is inside, just part of the label.

Better not be! I have EDDR - Exclusive Donut Distribution Rights - throughout this facility.

Manufacturing is -by far- the best 'hood here - it's like Pied-Piper-ville when the GPB (Giant Pink Box) enters through their hallowed doors...

I must be getting the Quadrover in my mystery bag because they charged me the princely sum of $2.59 for shipping.

Hey, I got two Stingrays and an Eddie kit in mine!

JK... still waiting. I guess we'll just have to report our bags on the honor system. But some people will be happier than others. It's like comparing salaries, I suppose.

Paul, how did you get yours so fast, you're in SC??!!

Just got mine. There were six items, plus a Propeller sticker.

My guess in an earlier post was not too bad. I almost included a certain item in my guess but decided against it. I wish I would have because it was in my Mystery bag. So out of the items I predicted, one was spot on. The others were in the ball park.

There is no doubt that it was a very good deal. All the bits are useful. If all the Mystery Bags are the same then there would be no reason to purchase a certain other item item that is currently on sale for the same price - because it is one of the six items included.

Weight will probably be a major decider of what you get, especially those of us across the water.

Wonder if a quickstart pin finder was included?

Doc must have put a rush on his order.

Will not get mine until next Wednesday. I'm sure the cat will be out of the bag by then.

If there's more than one, then your going to have to share. :)

I had mine shipped USPS - it always comes faster that way. UPS takes a week or more (ground).

    Not in mine.

It comes in a small box - just big enough to hold a PropBOE and a couple other small things. That doesn't mean there was a PropBOE, there wasn't.

...I never see them on Ebay. I guess they're being hoarded. And I don't blame anyone for doing so - handy things that they are!!!

I thought the bags were supposed to be unique. Greedy me, I took two and guess what, they are IDENTICAL!?!?!?!?! The home page ad for the lists a $95.00 value, actual was about $75, still a bargain though. Could have used more sensor and less cpu since I am already set processor wise.

Interesting, I used USPS once from California ( either Parallax or Jameco?) and had serious issues.
It seemed to get lost somewhere for a while. No way to know where or why. I did not like that !

Since then I have used UPS.

Yup, 7 to 10 days is normal shipping time. I may have to rethink my previous thinking, again.

I haven't had anything disappear with USPS and it's generally 3 days from Rocklin to Ohio....UPS takes FOREVER. I can't wait FOREVER...I need instant Propeller gratification.

Thanks Rick, I don't like to wait either. Will be leaning to USPS next time around. Now I hope I can just remember.

btw: were you at UPENE 2012? Did we talk? Do I know you? how much for a memory upgrade?

Yes, I was at UPENE, I was wandering around with my name tag showing (usually). I believe we talked some, maybe without formal introductions. I had my net book and a QuickStart with a second propeller set up at one of the tables....running PropForth, of course. At the end, I was cArrying chairs and stacking tables, rolling mats a little bit. Glasses, 6'4", don't look like anybody famous....my hair started going before my memory.

I was there almost to the end and was around the table as we designed the QuickStart backplane board.
