HAPPY 25TH PARALLAX!

Here's to another 25 years in business!

With any luck I'll get to see your 50th! (Can you imagine what kind of products Parallax will sell then?!?)

Tempted but...they couldn't fit a Quadrover in that bag.

I'm trying but it won't let me check out. I suspect a weight issue with how the mystery pack is coded out. What should I do?

...ditto for me! Neither UPS or USPS are acceptable forms of shipment.

The error thrown when UPS is selected:

"There are no shipping services currently available for that shipping company. Please select a different shipping company in the [Rates By] dropdown menu.
Response Status Code: , Response Status Description: Failure

I ordered a mystery bag while the price was $0 earlier today and it didn't even let me enter my CC number to cover the shipping. I suppose my order won't go through since it's now listed for $25 but I don't want to place a second order and end up with two. What should I do?

OK! I'm going a bit crazy and just added the grab bag, plus a soundPal and two Pololu IR transceiver to my cart

Update: Me too. I can't check out.

I phoned my order in - the issue is with the unknown weight of the mystery bag.

I placed an on-line order with the 3rd choice of shipment - "no carrier available...costs will be calculated at ship time."

I saw that but timing of the call back is difficult for me. So I just called it in while I was between patients. :D

...no - they're "bagged to order".

The mystery bag option worked for me.

Edit: to be more specific, I was able to successfully order one online. Shipping USPS 1st class.

I emailed Ken and he said they were working on fixing it. I just placed my order via the website.

Given the 70 lb. USPS weight limit, I'm guessing you did not get the one that Matt was stuffed into. :)

    Excellent!
    My order went through.
I used the USPS 1st class Shipping.
Can't wait to see what's in the bag.

Mystery bag bagged. I picked UPS ground, didn't think it would qualify for USPS.
