@Duane: Thanks for your kind offer, but I'm more likely to bump into mindrobots or doggiedoc on this trip. Currently in Ohio (near Cincy) for a week, then drive to Charleston SC for a week. No shortage of Mickey D's here from what I've seen!
Thanks, but I can't take the credit for the accuracy, It's built into the software...
This challenge is much like the Figure_8 challenge, It looks very easy to do, until you actually try to do it..
Easy to learn but difficult to master Oval challenge...:thumb::thumb:
Gatorbots up next? what say ye whit? As if you don't have enough to do...
erco, be sure to stop and see the "worlds largest ball of twine" I'm sure it would be worth driving several hours out of the way... :cool:

I saw that in Kansas... don't tell me that every state has "the world's largest ball of twine"! Was I bamboozled? Hoodwinked? I'll have to drown my sorrows at Pedro's fireworks stand at South of the Border!
I had BIG plans to show off a new chassis running in a perfect oval, and maybe even a figure_8.
It has Roomba motors, IR line following hardware, Propeller Proto Board, and of coarse a Rudder.
But, instead, I get to show off this instead...
Oh yes, You will set ALL of the correct pins to output as required... Sigh...
I had no idea a TIP125 had moving parts, or at least parts that moved that fast.
The missing peice left a mark on the wall about 5' from ground zero...
No other Oval activity, so here's my BoeBot oval. Heck, you jokers are letting me have all the fun. You're just cheating yourself... Simple code after the video. What's stopping you? Piece of oval cake.
' {$STAMP BS2}
' {$PBASIC 2.5}

'right wheel p12 730 fwd 750 stop 770 bwd

FOR B3=1 TO 2 ' 2 loops
FOR W0=770 TO 763 'ramp left motor down
FOR B2=1 TO 32
PULSOUT 13,W0
PULSOUT 12,730
PAUSE 20
NEXT

FOR W0=763 TO 770 'ramp left motor up
FOR B2=1 TO 32
PULSOUT 13,W0

END
Try that with the PropBOE, it's not just for relays ya know...
My next oval attempt may be delayed by, of all things, Work... they have threatened me with Solar Panel assembly at Carrisa Plains.
Just have to jump thru some hoops on Monday, and hopefully start Tuesday.. 2 hour one way commute though..

I sure hope Duane and at least two more lurkers step up and post vidz before I return on 5/15.
Now git yer oval on!
I've been busy taking over the world with Microsoft, the world will be free for a moment.....
kidding aside, sure I'll like to try this.....
