    There is an issue a bunch of other NE Ohio hotels, I won't go into here, but it was serious enough to do some research. (Let's just say, don't rent a hotel room in Cleveland for a while.)

    Best Western, Norwalk has extended us a good rate until August 21st. (See top thread for details)
    I'm comfortable enough with their quality to have them posted now. (Thanks for the assist Doug!)

    I'll never tell! :) -- But I can tell you that the two Norwalk motels we have chosen are free of such issues. :)

    Here's the deal! I need to provide my food vendors some estimated head counts by the end of the week, so if you've been waiting until the last minute to register, now is that minute to do so! :)

    Sorry guys, it's a 17 hour drive from here in Florida, that's 10 hours more than the drive from Maryland where I used to live. When the drive time gets down to the single digits at an Expo I'll try to make it.

    @sailman58: We're gonna miss you this year!!! I can't tell you where the next expo will be located, but I can tell you that I have a lot of family and friends in the SW Florida area. We'll see what happens.

    Two things.

    1) A bunch of us did a dinner (I see Bean and Ron are out... but that opens up two seats, doesn't it? :-)... are we going to do that again?

    2) I know it's not exactly prop related, but is anyone interested in me bringing my MakeBot to show? (I use mine on almost every single propeller based project I use for the case, etc.)

    @wjsteele: Yes, bring your MakerBot. The fact that you use it with your Propeller based projects certainly qualifies without question.

    Yes! I'd love to see one of them in action... I've been very tempted to buy one several times, but I'd really like to see one in person first.

    I was planning on coming (though hadn't registered yet), but it ends up there is an event on the weekend for some of the kids in the household and it looks like I won't make it. :-(
    So disappointing! I wanted to come show off my pimped out Stingray!

    @wjsteele: I organised (such as it was) the Friday night dinner last year and in the prior years also. Somebody else will have to do it this year. I'll miss you guys, but a 17 hour drive for a one day event is a bit much.

    Actually, we will be bringing more of my prototyping kits. See y'inz there (it's a 'Burgh thing)

    @Microcontrolled. It will be good to see you there. I'm going to be there for sure and will be easy to spot. Just look for the life size robot. I also have a display board that will show some of the SERVO articles I've written in the past.

    @OBC: So how many people have signed up so far??
