I Need Your Vote!

Utterly non-Parallaxian, but since I've been sharing updates on our twin girls here, I hope people won't mind if I ask them to vote for Amy in Gerber's baby photo contest! She surely looks like a Gerber baby. They have monthly contests so we'll enter Lindsey next month to avoid splitting votes. If she wins the $25,000 scholarship, I'll have more money to spend on Parallax products and robots! :)

You can vote once daily from any given computer. Some little boy already has over 200 votes to Amy's 71, so I'm counting on my Parallax pals to help close the gap. Thanks in advance!

Update: Great response from Team Parallax, thanks everyone! A few friends have reported problems using that link, which should take you straight to Amy's "Vote for Me" page. If you get to a general contest page, just click the SEARCH button and enter Amy's entry number 39211. Thanks again, we're up to 91 votes in just a couple hours!

Update 2: 104 votes & counting. You guys rock! Granz suggested I add some photos of Amy and her sister Lindsey, so I am doing that now.     Ooh, I see trouble, trouble, trouble down the road a few years hence. Picking one twin over the other for the contest is gonna come back to bite you someday! You'd better have a good cover story that involves rolling a die or flipping a coin -- and some way to prove it.

    I just voted again. Voting for Lindsay is important too. I have three daughters and we took a zillion pics of our oldest. We were more relaxed by the time our second and third kids arrived. When the younger ones became teenagers they asked us why we didn't take that many pictures of them. They weren't interested in making up for lost time. Blink twice and they'll be all grown up...

    Thanks for your votes and notes, lardom! These are monthly contests, so we're doing one girl at a time to maximize vote count. Amy was firstborn by 2 minutes, so she's up first. But Lindsey is a cutie pie and she will have her day next month!

    Thanks, Dave. Amy's contest goes through all August, so I hope you keep on voting until your mouse finger gets sore. Then Lindsey gets entered in September's contest, so I'll keep gently plugging (hopefully not bugging) Forumites. I encourage friends to bookmark the site to make it easy to vote daily without needing to come here. And I'm thankful that each comment bumps this "gentle reminder" thread up in the Forums.
