Pittsburgh Penguins Powerplay

Dead last in the NHL at 15.1%. What is wrong with it? I don't get the opportunity to watch many pens games but with the players on their team I would have thought their powerplay would be near the top of the leauge. Any pens fans? serious question by the way.

@erco: you should call your "bandsawed from scrap particleboard" The Charlestown Chiefs of the robot league. If you have ever seen the movie "Slapshot" you'll understand.
