ProtoBoard Hack question

One of my favorite moments at Oldbit's meeting, previously known as the "unofficial" NE Propeller Expo, was seeing his Protoboard hack.
From this, I know that I can cut out the brain of the Protoboard... once I have it programmed ...and then paste the Prop-nugget onto my PropPhone using hot glue:)
I've looked at the circuit and what I can't figure out is
1. whether the reset circuitry can be hacked(without microsurgery) so that when I want to add the programming interface back onto the nugget... I can actually do it. I'm am planning to leave a couple of holes for each pin.
and
B. There is a tiny hole on the back-side that seems like it fits the bill... can I just run a thin wire to it?

One answer to the reset question is to bare the line and solder to it...
So, my first question is answered...
Now... about that little hole on the back side... seems to be connected to the reset line? Can we just solder to it?

That's the ticket...
I looked at it and the idea just never connected:)

The Prop is spec'd up to about 3.6V and the Telit is spec'd down to about 3.6.
I'm guessing Parallax has understated reality and will be using 3.8:)

*No... I'm not competing.
