XBee 2.5 Still Not Working with BS2

Hi, ··· I have been working with Microcontroller where I bought the DTE Boards I am using but still I have not got this working. I have attached Picture of my connections and sample code I m using. I have both transmit side and receive side wired the same way. Any ideas would be a big help.
