SX/B Video driver for XGS Pico edition (Beta)

Okay there was some interest in converting the "Mere Mortal Video Game Driver" to work with the XGS Pico.
So here is the first crack at it. This is still considered beta.
Try out the demos and let me know what you think.

P.S. Make sure you have the current compiler (1.51.03). You can download it from here http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=597707

Change the line "LOOP UNTIL invaderCnt = 35" to "LOOP UNTIL invaderCnt = 30" and that will fix it.
