Link button at top of page is now useless.

I like the look of new "Parallax Inc Forums" button at the top of the new forums, but it is useless!

I think it should go back to the main Parallax site, like the old button.

Why have a link to the forums when you are already in the forums?

But, lots of times I need to get to the main site for a data sheet, object, etc.

Seems like lots of things where changed just because they could be changed.

Some change problems couldn't have been avoided, but lots of them could have been, this is one of them.

Why not fix this (after the more important issues are fixed)?

    Thanks for spotting the error. The link has been updated to point to the main Parallax web site.

    This button vbulletin3_logo_white.png at the top of the forums pages, is still going to http://forums.parallax.com/index.php not the main Parallax site at http://www.parallax.com/.

    I am using Firefox as my browser, same problem when I try Internet Explorer.

    Jim I don't know if you have been reading the posts in the other forums, such as Propeller, Sandbox, .... ETC, but users are posting many complaints and suggestions in those forums, instead of here in the "Support for using this Forum" Forum.

    I know, given some time, all the issues with the forum change, will get resolved.

    I know you are getting a lot of complaints, so I want to say
    "Thank You"     for all your efforts maintaining the forums.

    I kinda like it being a ( go to main of fourm ) button . it makes nivagation IMHO much more easy ,

    perhaps a second button on the right for the main Parallax non forum page would be a simple fix .

    I agree with Zappman, there is already a link to go to the main forum just a few pixels below the Parallax logo. It is even more useful because you can choose how far up the "tree" to go.

    The link associated with the logo is a default behavior in vBulletin. I'm sure that the behavior can be changed but it's going to have to wait for the more pressing issues. When we do circle back to this, let's consider multiple linked images at the top of the page.
