It's a 0.1" SIP connector. Same pin pitch as DIP IC packages. Looking it up ... In PCB Editor it's called PinHeader_1x04_P2.54mm_Vertical
In Schematic just use a generic Conn_01x04_Pin and link it to the PinHeader footprint. Then save and reuse that template whenever you want the same in the future.
