FYI- LumenPNP, replacing one of the two picker heads with paste placement is currently in the works. (It's in beta now.) So, if one is doing smaller PCB runs one can now paste up the board, place the parts, and then move the board to reflow.

I was surprised when screamming circuits said they don’t use stencil and just put out paste directly on pads. That would be pretty awesome is smaller pnp could do that too…
Unfortunately, that is correct for the tariff. Should fall under HTS code 8479.89.92 which has a 35% rate of duty plus a General Tariff referenced to 9903.88.01 that adds another 25% because it is from China. If it makes you feel any better, my last tariff was $56,000. (for work)
