Prop tool - cannot find Object"Debug_Lcd.spin -editor tab,work folder or library

I am trying to run (F10) and I keep getting this error.
I tried - retyping very carefully, copied the title and pasted on to the program also re-installed propeller
tool.
I see the file
in the library and in the work folder - in the search path.
I have had this issue before and copying the title and pasting it have solved this i ssue before.
I have tried these many times and still cannot get the file to execute.

Please I need help to resolve this issue.

    If you're using a newer version of the Propeller Tool you will need to save your top-level file first. When we just had one Propeller, that wasn't required, but now it is.
