Printer Problem?

in BASIC Stamp

Hi,
I have recently aquired a Canon Pixma TS3150 Printer. It prints ok with items in my Windows10 picture folder, but won't print colour in either the basic stamp programs or the arduino sketches.
can anybody help?

    Have you tried the techs. at Canon

    Hi Bob,

    I have been able to contact Canon and been able to explain, via email, my printers problem. Hopefully they will have some answers, which I will post here.
