You've seen all of the "What I ordered on Wish.com vs. what I got" memes. Maybe I should start one for AliExpress. I ordered three 5V analog voltmeters to make this angular clock . One was accurate, one was not, and the other just vibrates. AC-DC?

Fixed the gauge, one moving coil wire wasn't soldered. I "fixed" it, but since the calibration is likely off, the AliExpress seller is sending a replacement. Good service!

This clock project is the most fun I've had in a while. Ironically very time consuming, lots of testing & calibration. I love the bouncing needle "second hand".
I love it! It's a great "Santa's workshop" idea, but I probably wouldn't get the meters in time for this year. Next year, though, for sure!
