Hi everyone !
We might have an opportunity to tweak this adapter PCB before re-stocking.

Are there any thoughts from users of this adapter on how it might be improved ?
I was thinking to swap the two NC and GND pins (which were swapped on the Edge module since this adapter was first designed). That was the two large solder pads at the end of the PCB will become VIN and GROUND (instead of VIN and NC). Makes them useful for crocodile clip connections or running power in with metal standoffs / etc...
Always happy to shortlist any other ideas too ! (even if there's not really much space to do anything much!!)

Works great as is. To bad you don't have one for the right angle board though.
Right angle would be great!
It's probably not possible, but how about placing the edge connector at (Or close to) the long edge of the board? (for increasing retention options.)
How about using SMT socket to enable a version with castellated connections at the edge?
On second thought, the castellation idea is dumb..
Didn't Parallax sell a straight and a right-angle connector?
I remember seeing it somewhere...

Just be careful about the two through-hole sockets.
The vertical and right-angle sockets look to have similiar footprints at first glance, but they are quite different and not compatible with each other.
The angle connector has different distance between pins and doesn't fit into this adapter PCB (I have adapters and both type of sockets)
