Sourcing UVB LEDs

Hey all,
I’m trying to source UVB (280-315nm) LEDs for an upcoming project, but haven’t been having much luck.
Couple of months ago Digi-Key had some for roughly $17 USD per, but that seems to have dried up.
I’m not asking for anyone to really go out fo their way, but if you happen to stumble across a source, please let me know.

I’m in the design phase of building a lighting and heating controller for my reptile’s habitat, and would love to spend a bit more now and get away from using UVB fluorescent bulbs, as they are about $30 every 6 months or so; adds up to a bit of a cost savings in the long run.

Thanks!

Ultra-violet LEDs? Here is a unit I found on ledsupply.com. Looks like three LEDs on a pcb.

EDIT: These give 410nm range UV, so they may not be what your after.
  • Yeah, that’s the difficult part.
For most reptiles to bask properly and be able to utilize calcium, they need a light source at 280-315nm, and most UV LEDs start at 380nm and go up from there.
