Slow Weekend

Last weekend was like a ghost town here on the forum. Maybe father's day trumped everything on Sunday, but I'm hoping that people were hunkered down and productive, too busy to troll the forums but will soon be posting their electronic wizardry for all to see.

I had a major plumbing crisis Saturday and I still got my robot to do a few new tricks!

In New England the arrival of nice weather tends to books weekends up fast. We're out planting gardens, biking, camping, boating, etc. We need to live before the arrival of winter. I think I've had one free weekend in the past month.

Spent Sunday on the world's longest unsupported cable car system at Whistler-Blackcomb in British Columbia. Going Peak-to-Peak between the two mountains through rain and fog was a unique experience.

    Cheers,

I went into the hills with some 220 sheeps belonging to my brother. They will be there the whole summer relaxing and grassing until we have to take them back before winter!

I went in my home village on Patras suburbs in order to vote. Hopefully the result from Greek elections indicates that we’ll have a government after a very difficult period.
    I hope that they’ll reduce the taxes…..

Nikos: I hope things settle down in your country soon. I was there in 1999 to run the Athens marathon, and I drove all over the Peloponese. What a beautiful country Greece is.

Maybe one day we will work together on a project... my big fat greek robot??!!!
