I would guess that forum 22 is a Parallax internal area, and not for public use.

We have a host of private forums which only those who have been provided explicit permission can view. Sometimes these are forums used during the development of a product to provide beta testers and designers a means for communicating in private (SpinStamp and SX/B are two examples of products which have a private forum). In other instances they are used to provide a more ongoing means for communication away from the public eye (such as the Basic Stamp Educators and the Moderators forum). You have simply found a link pointing into one of these forums (don't feel bad, I don't even have access to forum 22, so I can't even tell you what private forum it is).

Oddly enough, if you change the "f=22" in the URL to "f=21" (a public forum), you will at least get to see the title of the thread: "Prop-1/BS1 Sequencer Engine (Advanced Technique)". So it's probably in a private forum related to the EFX-TEK stuff. Perhaps the person who posted the link here, or someone else with access to the thread, would be willing to copy the relevant info to the public forum.

Ah it's probably the now defunct EFX-TEK forum (we just made it private to everyone) this would explain the external link to a private forum rather easily.
