Merry Christmas to everybody!

This is second Scribbler update. It's starting to act more and more like his big Bro B.
Now I've added wheel encoders to be able to try out "find closest object" magic trick.

Please see attached picture log of adding wheel encoders to my Scribbler.

My Scribbler now have
- EB500 bluetooth data link to my laptop for commands and telemetry
- Ping))) ultrasonic rangefinder mounted on top.
- wheel encoders
- command driven laser pointer
