Penguin programs in one zip package!

This is an update about the 180 programs package.
When reviewing and formatting the code, the process
sparked some new ideas, and an additional 20 programs
were written over the time period of updating, resulting
in a new total of over 200 programs.

Formatting and updating is still in progress and the complete
package will be posted soon! So you still have time to overnight
express your new Penguin package, or put new batteries
into your existing Penguin robots.
