Servo spline screw size

Hi,

What size (diameter/threads) is the screw that is used to attach the
hub/wheel to the spline shaft on the parallax continuous rotation servo?

I want to attach a thicker wheel and the supplied screw is too short.

Thanks!

The diameter of the threads is .0995" or 2.50mm·.

Replacing lost spline screws has always been a vexing problem. As a consequence, I'm probably more careful with these screws than with any other fasteners I own.

Theoretically, a 2.5mm (metric) or #3 (ANSI) type "B" tapping (e.g. sheet metal) screw would work, but virtually no one carries either size. I would be interested in knowing if others have had any luck finding screws like this outside of the hobbyist marketplace.
