Programming Failed

I'm working on a project with the SX28 for a couple days and I just started having some problems with programming tonight. When I try to program the SX, it comes up with a "Programmign Failed" error. I tried it on two different computers and they both did the same thing (with different programs being loaded). What causes this error? I have had absolutely no problems programming until this point...doesn't make sense why it would die liek this all of a sudden. The SX key gets warm and all and it tries to program, but fails. I can't try it with another SX chip because I'm on my last one...the rest are soldered into projects without a programming header...

Thanks in advance.

Many times it is caused by a drop in voltage. The SX-Key need 5V, and if it drops even a little it will fail.
Try adding a 0.1uF cap as close the programming pins as you can, across Vdd & Vss.
