RCTime with BS2px

I have a bs2px and I can only get RCTime to work on some pins. It doesn't work any longer on pins that it used to work on. Any explanations? Thanks.

Are these non-RCtime pins otherwise OK as inputs/outputs?

Perhaps you burned out those pins. Any hints (like the circuit you were using or the program you were running) ?

The pins will drive LEDs. I am using this in a circuit to turn on lights at dark. I am using RCTime with a photocell to measure light levels.

The input circuitry could still be damaged even if the output circuitry works to drive LEDs. It would unusual.
I would get a 5K or 10K pot with one end tied to 5V and the other to ground with the wiper tied to the I/O pin through a 220 ohm resistor, then see what range of settings causes the pin to read LOW and HIGH. The threshold should be pretty much the same as that of "normal" pins.
