ani't it wonderful, this vista: Prop tool can't find a folder of files.

I am using a four day old vista machine. I am still using the top level user (administer) but with the user control option on.

I have copied from a backup dvd (from my dead xp) to the prop tool root a folder·containing six spin files.

All the prop tool 1.08 shows me are the usual Examples folder and Library and Manual subfolders. 'Refresh' doesn't change anything.

It should be showing me beside Examples my backup folder.

Clueless that I am, I appeal for your help.

Vista doesn't like people playing around with the Program Files folders!

I had to copy all the stuff from Program Files to another folder...

Figured it out the hard way. The middle pane (Recent Folder List) doesn't show your directory tree. You must first 'find' it with the File Open... dialog.

I use Vista and put all my Spin files in the sub-folder of the Prop Tool.

One thing I noticed...if I make a new sub-folder and copy files to it (like downloading from the forum and un-zipping) the folder will not show up until I close the Propeller Tool, then re-open it.
