I'm planning on using the Juicebox (or perhaps a better digital photo frame) as a wireless weather station display...
I just finished an assembly driver that mirrors the VGA display (at least 30 cols x 15 rows) onto the Juicebox screen.· It can update the screen every 2 seconds.· So, you just power on the Juicebox and hit play as the default button is for "Play All" in slideshow mode...
The demo also repeats characters sent to it over hyperterminal...
All to do now is replace the USB connection with wireless connection and make the display look better...
I'll use a program on my server to wirelessly send updated info...
I will probably have a few screens of data and have the slideshow cycle through them...
One nice thing is that the SD card interface provides enough power to run the Prop...
