Hello Everyone,
This is my first time building on this Board...Any help on things to look out for.
1) Things not to do
2) Component layout
3) OOOPPPses, that beginner always do
I've Got it working on a BOE, programmed it, Draw out the Schematic(on paper) and now I'm transfering it to the Super Carrier and I'm a Deer in Head Lights.
The connection from P0 - P15 has me stumped...
Thanks to All

Component layout: There's a Vdd and Vss tracing that goes from top to bottom (looking at the picture). ICs are meant to straddle this so the power connections are short and convenient and you can easily ground other pins that need to be grounded. You can also easily put 0.1uF bypass capacitors there next to the IC.
Things NOT to do: Work quickly without paying attention to what you're doing. Don't plan ahead and don't make a paper layout and triple check it before your solder.
OOOPPPses: Counting holes wrong
There's not much magic to this. You just have to take your time, pay attention, and be careful. You'll still occasionally make mistakes. Hopefully not too often.
I normally like to jump in and go, but this time I was stumped. I'm glad you replied. The lay out is clear to me now with your explanation.
Thanks again
