bs2 controlled power supply

Hello everyone,

I would like to try and build a regulated power supply with an LCD display based on the bs2.. I am new to microcontrollers, and electronics for that matter, and would appreciate any help that is available.· I would like to be able to program my bs2 to display output voltage, and current on the LCD.· I would also like to have a digitaly selectable output range.· I have some ideas but would appreciate any guidance from experienced help.· Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Make sure you download the "Basic Analog and Digital" tutorial (www.parallax.com/Education/ProductInformation/StampsInClassTutorials/tabid/535/Default.aspx). You might begin with the "What's a Microcontroller?" tutorial as well. Check out www.emesystems.com for lots of information on sensors and lots of other useful stuff.
