Help with code

I am sending the pot values wirelessly, but as I am just scrolling through my code to debug it,·I notice that when I turn the pot on my sending BS2 after 255 the recieving BS2p starts from 0001. I checked my variables, and even commented out the offset and scalefactor just to get the raw values and it is doing the same thing. I was told that I would need a D/A but doesnt the stamps do that already? Setup is as follows. On my board of education (receiving end)BS2p, 912Mhz parallax rf transceiver, and a servo that is not being used yet. My homework board (sending end) 10kohm pot, 220ohm resistor, .1mf capacitor, and the other 912Mhz parallax rf transceiver. The code is attached
