Sending pot values wirelessly

How would I send potentiometer values using the 912Mhz parralx modules? I have been googling it but no avail. I just need someone to explain it to me. Or point me to a sight that will show me how, and explain it as well. Thanks all!

    You first need to convert the pot resistance (or voltage) into a digital value and then send that on the radio.

    I have been messing with it, and here is my code. for some reason I can not get the values to add up when sending them. My next question now is how do I just get the recieve send to only recieve the one value can I use a IF THEN statement?
