µOLED-96-PRO tx rx pin availablity

Hi,
On the μOLED-96-PROP module,
can I use the TX and RX pins·(to talk to a UART on another device) when
not programming the prop on this module?
Basically I want to: connect the propplug to the·uLED-prop module and upload my program,
disconnect the propplug, then·connect to other device·and talk to it.
I'd hate to use two of the·four general IO pins for that if TX and RX are available.

Yes. Just don't connect the Reset pin, use only the Rx and Tx pins (and the power supply pins).
