Emic Text-to-Speech SIP Module Equivalent?

Does anyone know of a good replacement for the Emic Text-to-Speech SIP Module? Due to its backorder i would not receive it before my deadline so if any one could give me ideas for other way of having my propeller perform text to speech or an another device that would aid me i would truly be grateful thanks

Well, if it is a limited vocabulary, you could try creating a wav file for every word or phrase and then playing them...

Or, this VStamp thing looks pretty nice...· Costs ~2X more than emics, but has a lot more functions...
