Resize OPTAscope display

Hi,

This is from page 60 in "Understanding Signals";

√ Configure, resize, and reposition your PC display so the OPTAscope software is
running side-by-side with the BASIC Stamp Debug display (Figure 4-12).

I do not know how to resize the OPTAscope display. Is it a Windows thing?

I am running XP and was not able to come up with an answer using Google.
I also tried searching this Forum.

I have no problem resizing the Debug Terminal

I believe that they want you to resize the Debug terminal to match up with the oscilloscope software as shown in fig. 4-12.
